These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hf08 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing hf08, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hf08 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to confiscate balances therein without notice.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name (as it appears on your KTP), a valid Indonesian mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will update your account information promptly if any details change.
hf08 applies a KYC verification process to all Accounts. hf08 may request the following documents at any stage, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
hf08 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify hf08 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected breach of security. hf08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
hf08 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and employs continuous fraud-monitoring systems. However, no security system is entirely impenetrable, and hf08 does not guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to defeat these measures.
hf08 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits made via major Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes during regular banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB on business days). Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Processing times may be extended during national public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. This minimum may vary by payment method and is subject to change; the current minimums applicable to each payment method are displayed on the deposit page of the Platform.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' bank accounts — are not permitted and will be reversed. hf08 reserves the right to withhold funds and require additional documentation if a deposit is flagged as originating from an unverified source.
hf08 does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in Section 5.1. Attempting to deposit via an unapproved method may result in funds being lost in transit; hf08 accepts no liability in such circumstances.
Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the member's most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically settled within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next available banking window.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard. Standard (non-VIP) accounts have a default maximum daily withdrawal of Rp 50.000.000. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members have elevated limits, details of which are communicated by the assigned account manager.
hf08 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers an internal risk flag. In such cases, hf08 may request supplementary documentation and will notify the Member via the contact details on their Account.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by hf08 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any ad ditional terms specific to each individual promotion. Specific promotion terms are communicated at the time of the offer and are displayed on the promotion detail page.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Balance funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is x25 the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus carries a Rp 2.500.000 wagering requirement. Only bets placed using Bonus Balance contribute toward satisfying the wagering requirement. The weighting of different game types toward wagering is as follows:
Bonuses expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Any Bonus Balance that remains uncleared at expiry will be forfeited and removed from your Account automatically.
hf08 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or terminate any Account if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, using automated betting software to clear wagering requirements, placing hedged or no-risk bets, and collusion between multiple Members. All determinations of bonus abuse are made at hf08's sole discretion and are final.
Members may request exclusion from receiving promotional offers by contacting hf08 customer support. Opt-out requests will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours.
All sports bets are subject to the betting rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the sport-specific betting rules, the sport-specific rules prevail. Betting markets offered include but are not limited to: 1X2, Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, Correct Score, Both Teams to Score, and mix parlay accumulators.
Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the case of abandoned or postponed matches, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time.
Live betting markets are available for selected sports matches and are updated in real time. hf08 reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Where possible, hf08 will reject bets placed after a material event (e.g., a goal) has occurred but before the odds have been updated; however, hf08 accepts no liability for bets accepted in error and reserves the right to void such bets.
All casino games offered on hf08 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to periodic third-party audits. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by hf08 or any Member. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are displayed on the game information page.
hf08 offers daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws based on official draw results. Draw times and valid bet cut-off times are displayed on the togel game page. All togel results are verified against the official published result for the relevant draw. In the event of a discrepancy, the official published result is final.
hf08 imposes maximum bet limits per event, per market, and per game to manage risk. These limits vary by sport, league, market type, and Member VIP tier. Attempting to place a bet exceeding the maximum limit will result in automatic rejection of the bet.
hf08 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious error in odds displayed (palpable error), match manipulation or corruption, technical malfunction affecting game outcome, or breach of these Terms by the Member. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hf08 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings:
hf08 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring that all Members have access to tools and resources to manage their gambling behavior.
All Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account Settings page. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period of forty-eight (48) hours.
Members may also set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Loss limits are calculated based on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals) within the specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.
hf08 offers optional session time reminders that can be configured in Account Settings. These reminders will alert you at the chosen interval (e.g., every 60 minutes) to encourage breaks from gaming activity.
Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of six (6) months, twelve (12) months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, game interfaces, and other materials displayed on the hf08 Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of hf08 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of hf08.
The hf08 brand name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of hf08 and may not be used without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hf08 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
hf08 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. hf08 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform temporarily or permanently for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason without prior notice or liability.
hf08 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately without prior notice if hf08 reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. During a suspension, you will be unable to place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals, though you will retain the ability to contact customer support.
hf08 may terminate your Account and these Terms at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms or engagement in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to hf08. Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via email. Account closure requests are typically processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method prior to closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
Upon termination or closure of your Account, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hf08 holds its operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against hf08.
hf08 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Members. Any amendments will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent amendments were made.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
